Seventh Weak of Teaching Practice
The seventh week of my teaching practice at St. Mary’s HSS, Kizhakkekkara marked the completion of the second phase of my training. This week was significant as it involved both teaching and evaluation activities.
During this week, I conducted an achievement test to assess the students’ learning outcomes based on the portions taught. The test helped me evaluate their understanding, identify learning gaps, and reflect on the effectiveness of my teaching methods.
I also continued taking regular classes and focused on revision and clarification of difficult concepts. Students participated actively, and their responses showed improvement in comprehension and confidence.
The guidance and support from my supervising teachers throughout this phase were extremely helpful. Overall, the seventh week was a meaningful conclusion to the second phase of teaching practice and contributed greatly to my professional growth as a prospective teacher.
